Discount Codes

Discount Voucher codes can only used once per customer. Uptown games reserve the right to cancel orders if vouchers are misused.

Order Acceptance

The contract of sale for any product will be only valid once an email from uptowngames.co.uk has been sent stating products that have been ordered are being despatched. This confirmation email acts as acceptance by uptown games of your offer to buy goods from uptowngames.co.uk

You must check that all details on the confirmation email is correct

Uptown games reserve the right to refund orders that we consider high risk or we may ask for proof or residence before despatching items.

Please be aware, we are only able to accept payments from PayPal accounts that are verified. Please verify your account before purchasing goods.

Age Restricted Products

It is an offence to buy a certificated item if under age or attempt to buy an item for someone who is under age.


Your statutory rights are not affected but otherwise all products customised or standard are non-refundable non-transferable and non-exchangble.

Pre orders can be cancelled at anytime, prior to the order being processed. Cancellation can be actioned by pressing the ‘cancel’ button beside your order

You may also withdraw from the contract at anytime after the product has been despatched but no later than 7 days from receiving the product.

When sending a cancellation ticket using the contact system via the control panel on your uptowngames.co.uk account, you must include your order details, name and address. You must retain the email sent as proof of notification.

Where items have already been posted, you must return items unopened with order number and account details within 7 days from the date of you received items. Uptowngames.co.uk will then refund the purchase cost of goods.


Once uptowngames.co.uk receive notification that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance to these terms) any monies debited by uptowngames.co.uk in regards to the order, will be refunded back to the credit card account. This will take place within 30 days of your order, provided that the goods you wish to return are received by Uptowngames.co.uk in the condition that they were sent out. There is a minimum of £1.50 per transaction when using cards and PayPal.

Orders are shipped from the UK. Any orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to duties, customs and tax. Please contact your local customs office to determine if any fees are charged by the country of destination. It is the responsibility of named recipient to pay any import fees incurred by the country of destination. Failure to pay these fees will result in the items being returned back to uptowngames.co.uk and you receiving 50% of the cost of goods.
